Eyewitnesses stated that the van was overloaded and moving at a dangerously high speed before the collision took place.

Van Was Headed for a Religious Visit

Official Inquiry and Accountability

Authorities have initiated a detailed inquiry into:

  • Whether the van was overloaded beyond permissible limits.

  • The driver’s condition — possibilities of fatigue, distraction, or negligence.
